The Werewolf Cult Chronicles, Part I: Chimera (2003)

At the early part of the 21st century, overpopulation across the planet led the top countries to investigate the possibility of colonizing other planets. Far more economically plausible, however, was the possibility of colonizing the empty frozen lands of Siberia, Antarctica, and Northern Canada and making them fit for human occupation. America, Russia, and Canada all combined their scientific efforts to use their many isolated arctic Cold War-era radio-tracking stations, known as "The Dew Line", as precursors for future self-operating civilian communities. However, the remote locations of the bases made them ideal hosts for governments' most secretive experiments. This is a tale of such an experiment gone wrong.
